The diverse experiences Sean gained throughout his career inspired the creation of Interra. With the business continuing to reach new heights, one of Sean’s proudest achievements to date is the retention of all Interra employees during the COVID-19 downturn, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to both the company and its customers.

Quentin’s extensive oil and gas industry experience has seen him successfully restructure product lines within multinational companies, transforming them into profitable and independent business units. His work in both established and emerging service companies has equipped him with the insights and strategies to foster sustainable growth and position Interra as a trusted partner within the industry.

Originally from London, Ontario, Canada, Quentin holds an Honours Degree in History from Western University. A dedicated volunteer, he is actively involved in youth sports, contributing his time and energy wherever needed. With a focus on leading Interra’s Canadian sales team to new heights, Quentin is committed to advancing the company’s presence and impact in the oil and gas industry.

Vinko joins Interra with an impressive background. Having held senior roles in large multinational organizations, he has played a leading role in driving significant revenue growth, consolidating divisions to drive profitability and setting new cost-saving performance standards.

Originally from Split, Croatia, and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Vinko holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communications from Curtin University of Technology. He now lives in the United States and spends his free time with his three children and volunteering with the Lighthouse Organization of Houston. Vinko’s leadership and strategic mindset will be pivotal in continuing to drive operational excellence across Interra’s growing U.S. business.

With more than 21 years of experience in the energy services sector, Brad’s background in technical sales and operations management provide him with a deep understanding of drilling, production, and completions. His career has taken him to many regions in the world, where he has gained valuable insights into global operational best practices. When asked how this international experience enriches his approach at Interra, he replied, “what gets me out of bed in the morning is collaborating with our customers and our team, delivering new technologies that provide solutions to the industry’s most complex completion challenges globally.”

His sharp attention to detail, combined with an in-depth understanding of both surface and downhole operations, has been crucial in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing safety standards. Chayne joined Interra in 2018, bringing over 17 years of energy industry experience to the team, including international assignments in Egypt, Tunisia, New Zealand, and Australia. His extensive background spans technical expertise and hands-on operations, demonstrating his dedication to delivering reliable, results-oriented solutions. Chayne is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Leadership, and is a named inventor on a patent, all reflecting his passion for pioneering advancements within the field.
