Overview
Interra Energy’s AccuScreen™ Production Screen is a wire wrapped sand control production sleeve, which allows for full production control by providing the ability to open-close production ports to maximize production.
Utilizing Interra’s proven Raptor™ technology, the AccuScreen Production Screen has three separate sets of production ports along the screened section of the sleeve. Each set of production ports can be opened or closed based on the client’s production requirements.
Due to the proprietary and unique design of this technology, a partial sand blockage of the sleeve will not impede the production capability of the AccuScreen Production Screen.
Operation
The AccuScreen Production Screens are installed as part of the string during the casing installation. The tools are spaced within the wellbore based on client requirements to effectively target the reservoir.
Interra’s Velocity™ or MRSS™ Shifting Tool is deployed on coiled tubing (or jointed pipe) to open the required stages for initial production. Production can be optimized by opening and/or closing each entry point throughout the life of the well.
